Overview
Being a local Grant knows the island like the back of his hand and literally takes you on the most beautiful roads and to the energy spots where you can download the Waiheke Jurassic island vibe. This is the smallest most flexible company fully focused on providing cherished guests with the best most authentic day.
You will see a lot more of Waiheke Island and thoroughly enjoy your day with a small group of like minded boutique wine lovers. Grant has strong connections to the best tiny boutique wineries and the lunch stop options are second to none. Waiheke is famous for eccentric people and you will meet some characters along the way.
I sincerely hope you can join me and give me the opportunity to blow your mind as this is the one of the most amazing islands on the planet but it needs to be presented properly and away from the generic tours with their large bus fleets. Cheers, Grant

What to expect
Grant will be your personal guide for the day. He will greet you as you step onto the beautiful Waiheke Island. Once your small group of like minded wine lovers are all together your adventure begins with a drive up to Oneroa Village where we will stop briefly to get you into a Waiheke frame of mind.
We then drive along the most beautiful forested back roads looking down to the sparkling blue water as we head towards your first Waiheke winery. We avoid the heavily beaten tour routes and focus on the small old school wineries where the people are interesting and the wine is gorgeous being made from hand picked grapes from the vineyard surrounding you.
Every wine maker has a unique approach and our guests often comment on the relaxed flow of the tour and nice contrasting boutique wineries and the palpable sweet vibe of this ancient Jurassic island. We spend up to an hour at each of 3 uniquely different wineries and we have some wonderful lunch options for you to choose from.
If you have to get back at a particular time let us know or if you want to stay on for an early dinner we can help you with that. Cheers!
